The Sudoku Gazette is a Sudoku puzzle game. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the app and how it is used.

• Account information, such as your sign-in provider, user ID, name, and email address when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Game progress, statistics, settings, premium entitlement status, notification preferences, and related app functionality data.
• Purchase information related to in-app purchases such as Remove Ads and Gold Stars.
• Analytics data, such as screen views, puzzle progress, gameplay events, settings interactions, and app performance events.
• Device or app identifiers used for app functionality, analytics, push notifications, advertising, and fraud prevention.
• Crash and diagnostic data used to improve app reliability.
• Approximate location or advertising-related data that may be inferred or processed by advertising and analytics partners.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app features, save progress, sync optional cloud data, process purchases, remove ads for premium users, send notifications if enabled, measure app performance, fix crashes, understand feature usage, and show ads where applicable.

The app uses third-party services that may collect or process data according to their own policies, including:

• Google Sign-In
• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob
• Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases

Advertising and Consent

The app may show non-personalized ads through Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, you may be asked for advertising consent. You can manage applicable privacy choices in the app settings where available, and through iOS Settings.

Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app may use a notification token to send game reminders or app-related messages. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Account Deletion

You can delete your app account data from within the app settings. Account deletion removes personal cloud game data associated with your app account from our Firebase database. Apple purchase history remains associated with your Apple ID and is managed by Apple.

Data Retention

We retain app data while your account is active or as needed to provide app functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve issues, and improve the app. You may delete your app account data from the app settings.

Children

The app is intended as a general puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary for app functionality and third-party platform services.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
